Al meer dan tien jaar speelt Tinlicker, het project van Jordi van Achthoven en Micha Heyboer, met de grenzen van de elektronische muziek, met een unieke en persoonlijke sound. Na hun grote doorbraak in 2021 met "Because You Move Me", gooide Tinlicker het roer om. Ze wisselden dj-sets in voor een liveformule met band. Instrumenten, zoals strijkers, toetsen en blazers, spelen sindsdien een grote rol in hun muziek. Maar wat Tinlicker echt bijzonder maakt, is hun talent om gevoelens op te roepen: van pure euforie tot weemoed en alles daartussenin. In 2024 releasten ze het meest recente album 'Cold Enough For Snow', een plaat die innovatie en kwaliteit moeiteloos combineert en uitblinkt in veelzijdigheid. Sinds het voorjaar van 2025 maakt zangeres en producer Hero Baldwin deel uit van de band, zowel in de studio als live. Le groupe de deep et progressive house Tinlicker, originaire d’Utrecht, se produira pour la première fois en trio chez nous. Le vendredi 19 juin 2026, ils présenteront leur nouveau live à l’Ancienne Belgique. 

Depuis plus de dix ans, Tinlicker, le projet de Jordi van Achthoven et Micha Heyboer, repousse les frontières du genre avec un son à la fois singulier et profondément personnel. Après leur immense succès avec ‘Because You Move Me’ en 2021, l’ancien duo a pris un virage décisif : fini les DJ sets, place à une formule live intégrant un véritable groupe. Cordes, claviers et cuivres occupent désormais une place essentielle dans leur univers. Ce qui rend Tinlicker unique, c’est surtout sa capacité à faire naître des émotions puissantes – de l’euphorie pure à une douce mélancolie. Leur dernier album, ‘Cold Enough For Snow’ (2024), illustre parfaitement cette approche : une œuvre aussi innovante que raffinée, portée par une grande diversité sonore. Depuis le printemps 2025, la chanteuse et productrice Hero Baldwin a rejoint le groupe, aussi bien sur scène qu’en studio.
